Orders are prepared and shipped from China. Standard delivery and import duties are included in the displayed price for destinations available at checkout.
Processing and transit
Orders are normally prepared within 3–5 business days. Estimated transit time is 7–18 business days for most supported destinations and 15–30 business days for remote areas. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs checks, weather, local holidays and carrier disruptions can cause delays.
Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. Some cross-border parcels may transfer to a local postal or delivery partner for final delivery.
One payment at checkout
The displayed price includes standard delivery and import duties for destinations currently served by TEA OBJECTS. You pay once at checkout and will not be asked for a mandatory second payment on delivery.
If a destination cannot be served safely, reliably or on these terms, we will cancel and refund the order before dispatch.
