Orders are prepared and shipped from Dehua, China. We offer complimentary worldwide standard shipping for every destination available at checkout. The displayed product price also includes applicable import duties and breakage support.
Dispatch within 24 hours
Orders normally dispatch within 24 hours. Your expected dispatch timing is shown in your local time throughout the shop. A tracking email is sent after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Public holidays, severe weather, unusually high order volume or carrier disruption can occasionally affect dispatch. If an exception affects your order, we will contact you.
Delivery time
Estimated transit time is 7–15 business days for most supported destinations. Remote areas can take longer. Transit estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Some cross-border parcels transfer to a local postal or delivery partner for final delivery. Tracking can take several days to show the first carrier scan.
One payment at checkout
The displayed product price is the amount you pay for the item, standard delivery and applicable import duties. You will not be asked for a mandatory second payment when the parcel arrives.
If we cannot serve a destination safely, reliably and on these terms, we will cancel and refund the order before dispatch.
Breakage support
If a ceramic arrives damaged, contact hello@teaobjects.com promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. After verification, we will send a replacement at no additional charge or provide the remedy described in our Breakage Guarantee.
