Orders are prepared and shipped from Dehua, Fujian, China.
When will my order ship?
Orders normally dispatch within 24 hours, and the live estimate shown throughout the shop uses your local time. Public holidays, severe weather and carrier disruption can occasionally affect dispatch.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Complimentary worldwide standard shipping is included in the displayed product price for every destination available at checkout. No minimum purchase is required.
How long will delivery take?
Estimated transit time is 7–15 business days for most supported destinations after dispatch. Remote areas can take longer.
Will I pay customs duties?
No mandatory second payment is due on delivery for destinations available at checkout. The displayed product price includes standard delivery and applicable import duties. If we cannot serve a destination on these terms, we will cancel and refund the order before dispatch.
Are all pieces handmade?
No unsupported production claims are used. A product is described as handmade or artist-made only when that information is documented.
Will glaze and size vary?
Minor differences in glaze tone, surface and dimensions are normal in ceramic production. Product-specific details are shown where supplied.
What happens if a piece arrives broken?
Email hello@teaobjects.com promptly with the order number and photographs of the item and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional charge or provide the remedy described in our Breakage Guarantee.
