The opening collection is prepared and shipped from China.
Is shipping free?
Standard delivery is included in the displayed price for destinations available at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are normally prepared within 3–5 business days. Transit is estimated at 7–18 business days for most destinations and 15–30 business days for remote areas.
Will I pay customs duties?
No mandatory second payment is due on delivery for destinations available at checkout. The displayed price includes standard delivery and import duties. If we cannot serve a destination on these terms, we will cancel and refund the order before dispatch.
Are all pieces handmade?
No unsupported production claims are used. A product is described as handmade or artist-made only when that information is documented.
Will glaze and size vary?
Minor differences in glaze tone, surface and dimensions are normal in ceramic production. Product-specific details are shown where supplied.
What happens if a piece arrives broken?
Email hello@teaobjects.com within 72 hours with the order number and photographs of the item and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
