Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Contact hello@teaobjects.com before sending anything back.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged and securely packed in their original protective packaging. Unless the item is incorrect, defective or damaged on arrival, the customer is responsible for return shipping to the return address provided by us. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
For an approved return, the item price is refunded to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Original outbound delivery costs that were separately charged are not refundable. Refund processing by the bank or payment provider may take additional time.
Used items, items damaged after delivery, and personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless required by applicable law. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
